Small Ball Release Technique Small ball rolling is a practice using 6 -9  balls to release tension and tightness in the body. Using the balls assists in the lengthening of muscles, creating space in muscles and joints and increases vital energy within the body. Benefits from rolling consist of the prevention of repetitive motion injuries, allows for healing of chronic injuries, and improves alignment, posture, and flexibility of the body.

Breathing Workshop Why is it so difficult to breathe while the abdomen is engaged? This workshop will explore maximizing abdominal strength while maintaining a state of upper body release.

Pre-Natal and Post-Natal Workshop This class prepares the body for labor and delivery through a series of movements that work from the ground up. For Post Partum, this class slowly rebuilds the bodys strength focusing on strengthening the abdominals and realigning the spine. Body Rolling Release methods and hands on therapies are also used to assist with scar tissue.

Analysis and Program Building
This workshop offers hands-on training for health practitioners, bodywork's, and trainers. We will provide instruction in basic release techniques as well as strength training exercises. In this class you will learn to identify and understand postural imbalances through the use of static and dynamic analysis techniques that follow in a systematic progression. This class includes muscle imbalance patterns, and the development of tactile and visual analysis skills.
